Pros: I love the C-Serum 5% and 10%! If I could I would bath in it. It leaves the skin so soft and healthy looking. The moisture the serum leaves in the skin is just wonderful.
Cons: Use only a small amount, as it will clump up your makeup if too much is on the skin.

I used these products in conjunction with the OBAGI line (the ``yellow colored``, which is less stronger than the ``blue`` which I just now switched to, turing 50 this year.) This is the best line, and these serums are absolutely GREAT! They are so fresh, they come clear as can be - which means they are fresh! When and/or if you get a C-serum, or even one with anti-oxidants they are usually (all I have seen, and tried many before my MD referred me to this), they are a yellow-ish (C only) or more brown-ish (C+ anti-oxidants). That is because once they hit the air for a long period, or are mixed with something other than plain, straight C the air (ox2,etc.) turns it into another color - which means you don`t get as fresh a product as you would if you get it straight from the bottle (like the C-serums from OBAGI in any strength): unopened or mixed with a cream makes the color hidden - even if the cream is white, it isn`t like getting it straight out of the bottle like you do with the OBAGI C-serum line.
Pros: These two strengths make it good so one can use it on their eyes, as well as their face, without the fear of it getting too strong, since the skin around the eye is the thinest skin. I do have sensitive skin, but have NEVER had any trouble with any product on the OBAGI line, just now switching from the lighter line (yellow-ish colored bottles) to the stonger (blue bottles). I highly recommend the OBAGI line, and to start with, these two together are a real deal at the price! If under 50, you probably can use the "yellow" colored bottles, and over - the blue. The C-serum is a BIG helper in solving anti-pigment problems, as well as brightening the skin, erasing past sun or skin damage, and wrinkles - as well as preventing more. I can't thank my MD (who went into skin care) enough for introducing this line to me, and explaining to me when, and how to use it, e.g. the "yellow" bottle strength to the "blue" bottle strength. (Although, one can also mix them as needed, especially if one has real pigment problems due to "the pill" or other hormone problems - the brown areas, rosea or brown spots lighten up so quickly, mailny due to the C-serum(s). It doesn't work faster is you get the stronger C-serum, just as your skin ages more - it needs a little more to get the same results - so start with this, as you get the eye AND skin BOTH, and if you feel it is not enough, then get a stronger C-serum, but this s/b the starter.
Cons: NONE- the clearness of the serum shows the quality of the serum. When it is mixed with other products, it turns either yellow or brownish (especially if mixed with creams). If one gets any C-serums only they must be clear or they aren't fresh, and OBAGI always is! I cannot say anything bad about it! What are you waiting for?
